Unsupervised Children in Restaurants

Children are wonderfully active but at resterants like Hooters or Joe's Crab Shack they need to remember they can't run around & play chase with each other or are parents really too engrossed in themselves or the game on TV to keep their own children under control...Pay Attention!

When the child is motioned "no" with a shake of the head from a stranger, these "parents" finally wake up but only to confornt the adult with rude, vulgar words....when told that if their child hadn't been running around, they wouldn't have had to shake their head "no".....

Is it me or are the children nowadays being done a diservice by not having the same guidelines we did as kids when eating out?

Not all resterants are Chucky Cheese, teach your children the differences.

I agree. This is sooo annoying as a server too. It's not a freakin playground! Get your damn snot-nosed weasels under control or don't go out!
